Certified Association Management Company (CAMCO) occupies nearly 3,000 square feet of commercial office in Longwood, Florida a short 25 minute drive from one of the world's busiest airports, with direct flights to nearly every part of the U.S. from Orlando.

Our staff utilizes state-of-the-art office equipment which includes our own Windows NT file server connected to six high speed workstations via 10-100 mb eithernet connections.  All workstations are currently operating latest version Windows XP operating systems.

We also operate with a Sprint DSL high speed 150 Kbs 24-hour-a-day dedicated internet connection.

We own our own high speed duplicating equipment, three color inkjet printers, a high speed HP Laserjet printer and three scanners.

We utilize Microsoft Access based database software especially designed for associations.  Our other software includes ACT!, Microsoft Excell, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word,  Microsoft Access, Power Point, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quickbooks, and Microsoft FrontPage for our in-house web design. 

We also  do our own PC based credit card processing and Federal Express and UPS on-line shipping

All staff members have cell telephones and all staff members can access e-mail  immediately in the office or from any location in the world, simply by dialing into our high speed mail server.

We also maintain our own broadcast fax and e-mail capabilities.
